Our retail store is located directly adjacent to the caffe. Many of our coffees are freshly roasted there daily by our Roastmaster, Paul, a veteran of almost twenty years. Our 1920's vintage roaster is located in the storefront. People both inside the store and out on the street stop regularly to watch Paul practice the fine art of old-fashioned, hands-on batch-roasting in the impressive, antique apparatus that occupies almost half of the store.
